IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR SUBMISSION:

  1. Once your application is approved, your monthly premium will be deducted automatically from your paycheck.
  2. Please allow for two (2) payroll cycles to hit, and then look for your premium deductions on your paycheck stub.
  3. If PEF MBP has questions regarding your application or if there is incomplete information provided, you will be contacted by a PEF MBP insurance representative.
  4. If you receive a phone call or email regarding your application, please respond as soon as possible.
  5. Please keep an eye out for any mail from the PEF MBP insurance department as well.
  6. Failure to respond to, or a delay in responding to phone calls, emails, or mail from PEF MBP insurance, may impact PEF MBP’s ability to process your application by the deadline of midnight, October 31.
