Thank you for submitting your insurance application. Once your application has been verified by PEF MBP for accuracy and eligibility, you will automatically be enrolled, and payroll deductions will commence within two payroll cycles.

PEF MBP staff may contact you by phone, email, or mail regarding your application. If there are errors or information is incomplete, you will receive instructions on how to correct your application. If you apply for coverage for which you are not eligible, you will receive an explanation of your ineligibility. Failure to respond to PEF MBP contact attempts, may impact our ability to process your application.
