Eligibility

All active, dues-paying PEF members and retirees are eligible to take advantage of the special price offers provided through Mangino Chevrolet-Buick-GMC. To participate in these savings, PEF members and retirees must present their PEF Membership Card with their PEF Member Identification Number (MIN) and membership will be verified by PEF MBP.

If you plan to shop for an automobile on a weekday after 5 p.m., your membership with PEF will not be verified by PEF MBP until the following business day.

If you plan to shop for an automobile over the weekend, your membership with PEF will not be verified by PEF MBP until the next business day which is Monday, unless the Monday happens to be a holiday.

If you would like to try to verify your membership with PEF prior to your visit to one of the dealerships, you may email PEF MBP in advance and provide your name, MIN, address, phone number, agency affiliation, and expected date of visit to the dealership of choice. PEF MBP will verify your active, dues-paying PEF membership and forward your name, address, phone, and agency information to the dealership so they have the verification in advance. When you arrive at the dealership, you will still present your PEF ID and your picture driver’s license.

If you plan to purchase an automobile online, you will need to call the dealership and provide them with your name, address, phone, and agency affiliation. The dealership will call PEF MBP to verify your active, dues-paying membership. The dealership will ask that you scan and email your driver’s license to help verify your identity.

Purchase a new vehicle at supplier pricing established by the manufacturer and indicated on each new vehicle’s invoice. Supplier pricing is below the Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price (MSRP).
Purchase a pre-owned or used vehicle and receive a $500 discount off the vehicle’s sticker price.
Receive a 15% discount on the posted cost for parts and services.
Inventory purchased online is delivered free of charge for delivery within New York State.
