You will receive a voucher that you must exchange for tickets to a specific game. Exchange your voucher early in order to secure a seat to the most popular games. Vouchers are only valid for regular season games. Children 2 years of age and under are free.

- Stop by the Syracuse Crunch box office located inside the Upstate Medical University Arena at 515 Montgomery St., Syracuse, NY 13202.
