TDF is a not-for-profit organization dedicated to sharing the power of the performing arts with everyone by removing the financial, physical, and invisible barriers to attendance.

- Create your account on TDF’s website.
- Enter Promo Code PEF35 when you check out to receive your discount.
- Submit proof of your PEF member/retiree eligibility by signing into the TDF website and click “My Account” in the top right-hand corner. Then, scroll down to your Membership info. Click the “Certify” button to upload a PDF or photo of your PEF ID card. If you do not submit your PEF ID card after making your purchase, your account will not be verified as eligible for the special discount and you will be charged the full price of $42.
- Your access to discounted show tickets is immediate upon payment. Simply log into your account and browse the current selection of shows.
- Annual membership is from date of purchase.
- Members must attend performances, and ID may be required for ticket pick-up.
TDF Ticketing Rules & Restrictions
- Once your order is submitted, it cannot be cancelled or changed.
- Depending on availability and performance type, members are permitted to order up to nine (9) tickets per performance. After your order is submitted, you will not be able to purchase additional tickets to this performance. If available, additional tickets may be purchased from the box office at full price.
- If, for any reason, TDF is unable to process charges against your credit card, you will be responsible for all charges associated with your order(s).
- These services are for TDF ticket buyers only, and theaters reserve the right to require a photo ID and/or proof of purchase before releasing a member’s tickets.
- Tickets will NOT be released to non-TDF members and are NOT transferable.
- TDF is not responsible for cast changes or inclement weather and cannot refund in such situations. Refunds are only issued if a performance is cancelled.
Additional Information, Details & Disclaimers
- Tickets can only be purchased online. Phone orders are not available.
- Tickets purchased online may be picked up at the theatre 30 minutes to one hour before curtain time on the day of the performance only. Tickets may not be picked up at any other time.
- Ticket orders cannot be changed or cancelled once processed. All orders are final and there are no exchanges or refunds.
- Tickets can be purchased for any performance available. Sometimes tickets are available months in advance, but often they are available only within a week or two of the performance.
- Every effort is made to seat people together, however it is not a guarantee that seats will always be together.
- TDF regrets that they are unable to accommodate seating requests. If you have a disability that requires seating consideration, you may be eligible for one of the TDF Accessibility Programs.
- The location of your seats will not be available until you pick up your tickets from the box office on the date of the performance.
- Any requests for special seating will not be honored. Please bear in mind that many theatres have a mezzanine or balcony but no elevator.
- The price noted on your ticket will not always match the amount you paid to TDF. In addition to a $4 processing fee on each order, TDF includes a small service fee ($1-$5.50) in each ticket price to help fund their many education and accessibility programs.
- Existing members must recertify every four (4) years.
