About Hurricane Harbor
Soak up the sun at one of America’s best water parks! This tropical island paradise offers a million-gallon wave pool, one of the world’s longest lazy rivers, over 23 water slides, and a massive water playground for wet and wild fun! Big Wave Racer sends riders barreling head-first down multiple lanes on an aero-dynamically-designed water toboggan. On Tornado, you drop from a height of 75 feet down a 132-foot tunnel traveling at about 35 feet per second. Families can beat the heat at Splash Island water play area with more than 50 play features, young families will love the mini slides, curtain waterfalls, and a treehouse structure with a gigantic water bucket to soak splash-seekers!

To ensure that only active, dues-paying PEF members and retirees are purchasing e-ticket(s) using their Membership Identification Number (MIN) and their own credit card, e-ticket(s) can be purchased as follows:

- Visit the PEF MBP office at 10 Airline Drive., Albany, to make a purchase.

- Regardless of how you purchase your e-ticket(s), the e-ticket(s) will be emailed directly to the email address on file.
- If you would like to access your e-ticket(s) immediately, or you cannot find your e-ticket(s) in your email inbox, visit pefmbp.com, click on “My Account” at the top of the web page, click on “Order History”, choose the order with your current purchase, click “Details”, and then click the print button to print your order.
- Please do not wait until the last minute to make your e-ticket(s) purchase as the office is open Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 8 a.m.–4 p.m., and Tuesday and Thursday from 9 a.m.–5 p.m., effective June 2 through August 29.
Good any day e-tickets: $30
Tickets are valid for one (1) day admission to Hurricane Harbor, for individuals 3 years of age and older. Children 2 years of age and younger are free.
Parking e-tickets: $26.66
Tickets valid for one (1) day parking at Hurricane Harbor or Great Adventure.

E-tickets will be emailed to you to print out yourself (no physical ticket is mailed).Once you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email followed by an email containing your e-ticket which you can then print yourself and take to the venue. E-tickets are not printed for you if you choose to visit the PEF MBP office to make your purchase. E-tickets print on one sheet of paper for each ticket purchased. To prevent e-ticket email delivery issues, please add mbp@pef.org to your email address book.

- If you plan to purchase for use over a weekend, PEF MBP strongly recommends that you purchase your tickets prior to Wednesday at 4 p.m. (Allowing for 48-hour delivery is best.)
- After Friday at 4 p.m., if you have a problem purchasing your e-tickets, or you do not receive your e-tickets in your inbox, there is no one on staff to assist you until Monday at 8 a.m.
- Once your tickets are purchased and sent via email, PEF MBP is no longer in control of your e-ticket delivery and cannot control how long it may take for your e-tickets to arrive in your inbox.
