To Enroll or Renew

  1. Call the BJ’s Partnership Support Center at (800) 313-8887, Monday–Friday from 9 a.m.–6 p.m. EST.
  2. Provide the representative with the PEF MBP Group Promo Code: 300120.
  3. If you are currently a BJ’s member, provide the representative with your BJ’s membership ID, located on your membership card or within the BJ’s app.
  4. Provide the representative with your debit or credit card.
