Acclaimed Mobile Health provides healthcare services that you can take advantage of via their mobile medical practice, enabling you to take charge, and make informed health care decisions.
The mobile medical practice provides health care services at many workplace locations in regions 9, 10, 11, and 12. At any one of these locations, you have the opportunity to schedule an appointment date and time that works conveniently for you with access to an annual health and wellness physical exam, provided by Acclaimed Mobile’s multi-specialty practice. Their clinical services include a wide range of diagnostic tests that would normally require multiple office visits to various specialists. At Acclaimed Mobile, they make these services available to you all in one convenient appointment.

This service is available to all active, dues-paying PEF members.

- Electrocardiogram
- Echocardiogram
- Carotid Duplex Ultrasound
- Abdominal Aorta Ultrasound
- Lower & Upper Arterial Duplex Ultrasound
- Thyroid Ultrasound
What to expect from this mobile medical practice
- A Welcome: from a professionally trained staff who will review your demographics, personal medical history form, HIPPA compliant consent form, and validate your insurance information.
- A Baseline Assessment: of your current vitals, including blood pressure and body mass index. Based on your history, an electrocardiogram may be performed.
- Physical Interview & Assessment: of your medical history, lifestyle, and any concerns you may have. A preventive physical exam is conducted at this time.
- Clinical Testing: non-invasive ultrasounds may be administered that produce pictures of internal body structure to help diagnose any medical condition(s).
- Checkout: You will receive instructions on how to assess your results on your HIPPA compliant Online Health Portal.
- A Path to Wellness: results of your physical will be available within 7–10 days. Individual reports of each diagnostic test will be located on your online health portal.
If further treatment is required, you have access to Acclaimed Mobile Health’s affiliated medical practice or their numerous affiliated hospitals throughout Long Island and New York City.
About the Online Health Portal
The portal is HIPPA compliant, 100% confidential, and provides an integrated, personal health record that combines pertinent health information and clinical results from your physical exam. Through this portal you can:
- Access your diagnostic test results anytime and anywhere.
- Find all your test exams and history are stored in one place.
- Keep track of your annual appointments.
- Track your immunizations, medical history, allergies, and medical procedures.
Cost of service
The cost of all services provided by Acclaimed Mobile Health will be billed to the PEF member’s health insurance. Prior to the appointment, Acclaim Mobile Health will confirm all insurance coverage available and inform the member of the amount of their out-of-pocket expenses to be incurred for specific services, including but not limited to copayments, coinsurance, and deductibles. Members may cancel their appointment at any time without penalty.
