About Showcase Cinemas

 Showcase Cinemas will be closing the following locations:

  • Multiplex Jamaica effective April 30
  • Multiplex College Point effective May 7
  • Multiplex Concourse Plaza effective May 28

If you currently have Showcase tickets on hand and you frequently use these locations, be sure to use them before these locations close.

Showcase Cinemas, formerly National Amusements, Inc. is a world leader in the motion picture exhibition industry. Showcase owns the Showcase SuperLux, Cinema de Lux, Showcase Cinemas, and Multiplex Cinemas brands. Facilities include restaurants, cocktail lounges, food courts, and concession stands. All locations are handicap accessible and offer assistance devices for the hearing and sight impaired. Showcase Cinemas operates movie screens in Massachusetts, New York, Rhode Island, Ohio, Argentina, Brazil, and the United Kingdom.

About Showcase Cinemas Tickets

Admission e-tickets: $8.25

Exchange your voucher for an admission ticket at the box office or enter the unique 18-digit number in the promo code field when making your ticket selection on their website.

To purchase:

  • Call (518) 785-1900, ext. 243, opt.1 and a PEF MBP representative will assist you with your order, or
  • Visit the PEF MBP office to make a purchase.

E-ticket purchases are not available via the PEF MBP website.

Not valid for mobile app or Alexa transactions. Showcase SuperLux theatres, Cinema de Lux Director’s Halls, Lux Level, IMAX theatres, 3D films, and  special engagements are subject to additional premium fee. Use may be limited on rare occasions for certain films and events due to contractual obligations. Subject to seating availability. Vouchers have no cash value. Void if altered or reproduced in any manner. Valid at all National Amusements’ Showcase, SuperLux, Cinema de Lux, and Multiplex theatres.

Ticket supplies are limited, and availability cannot be guaranteed. All sales are final. The PEF Membership Benefits Program cannot be responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, expired, or used without permission tickets. No refunds or exchanges, which includes unused tickets or e-tickets.

PLEASE NOTE: Please visit the Showcase Cinemas website prior to your movie for updated information that may impact your experience. Information is subject to change at any time.

About e-tickets:

E-tickets will be emailed to you to print out yourself (no physical ticket is mailed). Once you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email followed by an email containing your e-ticket which you can then print yourself and take to the venue. E-tickets print on one sheet of paper for each ticket purchased. To prevent e-ticket email delivery issues, please add etickets@pef.org to your email address book.
  1. E-ticket purchases must be made by phone or in-person at the PEF MBP office, Mon–Fri between the hours of 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. Purchases are not available via the website.
  2. If you plan to purchase for use over a weekend, PEF MBP strongly recommends that you call or visit the office prior to Wednesday at 5 p.m. (Allowing for 48-hour delivery is best.)
  3. If you have not received your e-tickets by 5 p.m. on Friday afternoon, there is no one on staff to assist you until Monday at 9 a.m.
  4. Once your tickets are purchased and sent via email, PEF MBP is no longer in control of your e-ticket delivery and cannot control how long it may take for your e-tickets to arrive in your inbox.
