For questions/concerns about your tickets
If you need to change a date or ticket, most tickets can be modified online, or through the My Disney Experience app, up until the ticket start date, or by calling the Disney Reservation Center. If a ticket is changed to a higher-priced date, you will be responsible for paying the difference in price to Disney. There are no refunds for changes to lower-priced dates. If modifications are required after the ticket start date, you must visit any ticket or Guest Relations window at Walt Disney World® Resort.
