Your PEF Membership Identification Card
Access your new or replacement PEF Membership Identification Number (MIN) and ID Card to take advantage of valuable benefits made available to you through the PEF Membership Benefits Program (PEF MBP). Your MIN is located on your PEF membership card and is required to access information on both the PEF and PEF MBP websites, as well as to make PEF MBP benefit purchases, whether purchasing online at pefmbp.com, by phone at (518) 785-1900, ext. 243, or in person at 10 Airline Drive, Suite 101, Albany.

When you receive your card, keep it in a safe place—store your 7-digit MIN in your mobile phone for easy access and safe keeping.

To access your ID card and MIN, you will need your Member type, email address, zip code, and last 5 digits of your NYS employee identification number.
