PAW Patrol Live! returns to The Theater at Madison Square Garden. This all-new live stage show picks up where the PAW Patrol: The Mighty Movie left off, promising a high-stakes super-powered adventure for fans of all ages. Audiences will join the “PAW-some” pack in Adventure City and witness the pups charged up like never before, as they work together to super-save the day. With heroic action, catchy tunes, and “bark-loads” of interactive fun, this electrifying new experience is sure to leave tails wagging and audiences cheering!

About the Ticket Process

All tickets will be issued electronically via the Madison Square Garden mobile app. The process for accessing your performance tickets is outlined below.

1. Once you purchase your ticket(s) from PEF MBP, you will receive an email confirming your e-ticket/mobile ticket purchase. This confirmation email serves only to confirm your order and does not provide access to your mobile tickets.
2. Approximately 2 weeks prior to the performance, you will receive an email from Madison Square Garden that provides you with a link to the Madison Square Garden app that you will need to download on your smart phone to access your tickets.
3. Once you download the Madison Square Garden app, select the “tickets” tab on the bottom of the screen and select “Manage Tickets”.
4. Login with your Madison Square Garden account email, or create an account, then click “Sign In”.
5. Once logged in, under “My Tickets”, select the tickets and select “View Barcode”.
6. For the quickest entry, members are strongly encouraged to add their tickets to their phone’s wallet. Apple users should tap the “Add to Apple Wallet” button and Android users should tap the Google Pay “Save to Phone” button.
7. All attendees must have an account with the Madison Square Garden app in order to accept transferred tickets.
8. It is strongly recommended that you access your tickets at least 24 hours before the event.

Ticket sales end on 4/13/25 or when tickets sell out, whichever comes first. Due to the very limited quantity of tickets available, the maximum number of tickets allowed per member is four (4). Orders are filled on a first-come, first-served basis. While we strive to keep your seats together, we cannot make any guarantees on seating arrangements. It is suggested that members purchase tickets early for the best possible seating assignments. All sales are final. The PEF Membership Benefits Program cannot be responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, expired, or used without permission tickets. No refunds or exchanges, which includes unused tickets and e-tickets. Absolutely no refunds under any circumstances due to Madison Square Garden show changes, seating assignments, etc., which are out of the control of PEF MBP.
