Dignity Memorial: Your Life, Your Legacy. Plan to Make it Right.
In life, we plan for many important events—vacations, college, weddings, retirement, and more. We also insure ourselves against the unexpected—vehicle accidents, personal injury, a medical emergency, illness, and many other life threatening concerns. So doesn’t it make sense to plan for the inevitable—your funeral? While many of us don’t like to think about it, planning your final arrangements in advance is one of the most thoughtful gifts you can give your family, providing peace of mind for you and your loved ones.

It’s never too late or early to start planning for retirement. Being educated and knowing your options are critical to successful planning. Whether you are just starting to save, or you are approaching retirement, or you’re already retired, there’s never a wrong time to learn about your financial management options, review your long-term life priorities, and get on the right track.
Elder Law & Asset Protection
The high cost of long-term care has made elder law and estate planning an important issue for all PEF members and their families. This webinar focuses on the essential estate planning documents such as a Last Will and Testament, Power of Attorney, Living Will, and Health Care Proxy. Strategies to minimize estate taxes, avoid probate, Medicaid eligibility requirements, the Medicaid look-back period, home care options, veterans benefits, and strategies to protect one’s home—are also discussed.
