About the PEF Membership Benefits Program
The PEF Membership Benefits Program has been providing valuable benefits to the Public Employees Federation (PEF) union members for over a quarter of a century.
The PEF Membership Benefits Program Trust is a separate entity from the PEF union. The PEF MBP Trust is governed by five (5) PEF Membership Benefits Program Trustees, appointed by the President of PEF. The PEF MBP Trustees appoint an Administrator to oversee the daily operations of the Trust.

As an employee of PEF MBP, you are represented by the United Steelworkers (USW), the sole and exclusive bargaining union for all full-time and part-time general staff personnel employed by PEF MBP. USW provides unity and strength for all workers by negotiating a contract that secures respectful wages, salary advances, and the protection of the rights of employees regarding terms and conditions of employment, filing of grievances, fighting discrimination, and more.
